Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. To protect the health and safety of all pets, and due to the risk of cross-infection, we are unable to accept returns.

All sales are final once an order has been delivered.

Manufacturer Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us at contact@tinkopet.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subjected to 15% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for extra shipping fee if the order return to us and would request to ship out again.
